Being the model number is not the current format, I’m guessing that the machine in a older one with mechanical timing system. If not, let me know.
Intermittent motors are one of 2 things, Overload/thermal protection or loss of power.
With a thermo trip, it can be bearings, low voltage, armature misalignment, friction, or misapplication. Pull the pump and turn manually to be sure it is free, shaft doesn’t wiggle, and impeller has no interference.
Loss of power to the pump is easy to watch and prove with a voltmeter or even a volt tester across the two lines that feed the pump. easy at the back of the plug or the power board. A clamp on ampmeter in conjunction with voltage monitoring will tell you if there is a sudden open inside the motor. But alone will only tell you that the motor stopped or shorted. If you find a loss of power, look at the timer micro switches and wiring connectors.
