    Been awhile since I’ve seen that model prefix (BIMH).  If I’m interpreting that model # correctly, that’s a four-bank fryer with split vats to the right.  It uses heating elements to heat the oil.  It has a built-in filtration system, has computer controls and…is at a McDonald’s.

     

    The board should look identical to this:

    It’s a 1995 electrically heated model fryer, so the relay board (called an “interface board“) part number is 106-6780.  I suggest replacing the relays too.  Their part number is 807-3932.
