I don’t know what “SCC-07-00-08.2” or “sining” means. However, your serial number was helpful.
Â
Per your serial number, your model is a SCC102G-WE and was manufactured Dec 2013. I added the “WE” (which stands for “white efficiency”) because that was a moniker they dubbed those ovens with back 2013. It probably says that on the control panel.Â
Â
Code 33 means you’ve had to push “reset gas” five consecutive times and the fault hasn’t cleared. I don’t know what the “.1” relates to, but the 33 code is saying there’s a problem with the gas train for the steam burner. It isn’t proving flame, so that’s why the code eventually shows.
Â
There can be any number of things causing it to have no flame detection after its multiple ignition trials:
Gas supply might be closed Gas valve might be defective Electric ground signal not on same potential as neutral line Blower speed wrong causing no proper air / gas mixture Broken ignition wire causing spark outside normal ignition area Permanent conductive connection of ignition electrode to ground A faulty ignition control box A cracked heat exchanger allowing water to migrate into the burner chamber Other possibilities…Â
You’ll need to have the problem troubleshot by a qualified service technician. Here’s a link to help you find one:

33-1 means bottom ignition module. But this only applies on floor models such as 201 & 202. In this case of a 102 (table model) there is only one ignition module so the -1 has no need. But it shows anyway.
