All food equipment comes with a operators manual when new. Did you look at it? Especially before hooking it up to water and power! Let alone powering it up.  You posted this under Ice-O-Matic, so our assumption is it may be a ice machine. But cuber, flaker, crumble/nugget, or block. Water, air cooled, or remote? Self contained, modular, dispenser, or under-counter? Each is different and has different controls and indicators.Â
