Need to know what the lights mean. We plug it in and turn it on and no water comes down the ice maker. We get flashing lights but the manual does not show what they mean and how to fix it.

There was a preamble you didn’t read prior to posting.  It starts like this:

All food equipment comes with a operators manual when new.  Did you look at it?  Especially before hooking it up to water and power!  Let alone powering it up.   You posted this under Ice-O-Matic,  so our assumption is it may be a ice machine.  But cuber, flaker, crumble/nugget, or block.  Water, air cooled, or remote?  Self contained, modular, dispenser, or under-counter?  Each is different and has different controls and indicators.

I may be a bit harsh here Tami,  But we can not see, hear or smell what is going on in your facility.  The only indication we have of what you have is by your writing.  Please be explicit and complete. Join and you can also post a picture.  They say their worth a thousand words.and they do help us to help you.
