    True refrigerator not holding temp and actually going down to zero and below.  thermostat just replaced and did not fix.  any suggestions?

    First question, is the product actually freezing HARD? Or is it just a fault with a temperature indicating device.   Does your machine have a digital controller?   For it to get the box that cold would require the compressor to run continuosly.  So you either have a thermostat problem or a miss wire to the compressor.

    I haven’t heard back from you on this, so I would like to add that you should check the thermistor and the fan motors. If you have a bad bearing on a evaporator fan motor it will sometimes set up and not circulate. Freezing the coil. And giving a low temp reading.
