Convotherm Error
Convotherm c4et oven keeps throwing a ‘connection lost’ error when unit is turned on. All connections look fine. No corrosion or moisture anywhere. Electronics cooling fan is clean and operating fine. Checked both ends of x-17 cable, along with all other cables. No moisture in light socket. At times the unit will operate fine. Run it through several cycles, turn unit off and back on fine, but then next morning, ‘connection lost’ error again. Thoughts?

No, it does not have active wifi. Sorry for the delay in response. I’ve got a quote turned in for a switch interface board. Takes forever to get approval.

I don’t know for certain, but it sounds like during the boot sequence, it’s not seeing something. Encoders, sensors safeties.
