Convotherm Service Manual
Looking for an online service manual for Convotherm c4et-6.20gs oven. The manual parts town has under service manual isn’t a service manual. Trying to find out how water is getting into the hot air chamber. And it’s also throwing a circulation pump error in clean cycle. Thanks

The answer I got back from partstown was they don’t have a service manual. They did give me phone number to call. Was hoping someone here might have a link. In the meantime, will give manufacturer a call

Water is condensate from the steam system. What you may want to check is the condenser and pump system. The box condenser commonly gunk up with cooking by-products like grease and coatings from food. If the drain backs up, you’ll have water in the bottom. Water is also used to condense the steam n the condenser.
