Fetco Hot water dispenser HWB_2105
Hi does anyone know how to fix error code 202 (Heater Short Circuit check SSR) I live en Puerto Vallarta Mexico, if anyone know what part to replace or have a technician info, I’d appreciate it.

SSR is your solid state relay. either the relay failed or it is not getting the correct voltage to it.

Start by ohm-ing out the elements. Especially to ground

You can check below steps –
-Look for damage or burns.
-Ensure connections are secure.
-The heater element might be shorted.
I don’t have specific contacts in Puerto Vallarta, but try local appliance repair shops or the Rational dealer. Good luck!
