how can i find a model or manufactuers number?
Im trying to file a plan review for my client who has a mobile food cart. his cart has different equipment in there like a ttable top deep fryer from cecileware and it aslo has a steamtable it has something thats listed as a s/s freezer in the prints but the client says its a storage box that he will manually fill with ice he also has a how water tank(2) and a cold water tank as well as a toasta master griddle

Alot times food carts are made wnd Hand manufacturers and they will have multiple brands uses on them. Most time the bucks will have a model and serial but if it’s older alots times they get rid of the models after a few years.

Food carts are normally custom made for usage. They often use off the shelf burner or heating parts, but beyond that unless made for someone like Nathans they are pieced together for the product that is being sold. Often they are made in a small shop. So not finding a manufacturer’s plate is not uncommon. Same with line steam tables of old.
