Introduction
This drill is 1/3 the weight of my previous drill, a DeWalt XRP 14.4V. The compact size makes it way easier to fit into tight spaces, as well. In fact, I found myself using more creative approaches to everyday jobs, due to the ease of use.
There is a really useful light that stays on for a few seconds after releasing the trigger, which is quite helpful. The battery has indicators, so you know at a glance, how much is left on the battery.
In the box
They also included a spare battery. Who else does that? That is usually the opportunity other companies take to overcharge on an obviously necessary accessory.
The keyless chuck and the right-angle attachments are very convenient features, that I use more than I thought I would. The included case keeps everything together and doesn't take up too much room in the tool bag.
Where to find it?
You'll find the Bosch GSR12 multi-attachment 12V drill on Amazon for $149. The purchase includes the drill, 4 attachment heads, 2 batteries, a rapid charger, and a fabric carrying case.
